This service manages AutoPlay (AutoRun) notifications e.g. CD Autoplay, memory cards etc. After iserting removable media like CD's or DVD's into the drive then the AutoPlay or AutoRun function would start the disc automatically. | ||

If you disable then you will not have an AutoPlay functionality. CD-ROMs and other devices will not automatically function. | ||
